Challenge

In the world of Georgia's Student Scholarship Organizations (SSOs), Arete Scholars Fund is a fresh face with loads of passion and the determination to see every child and family have a choice in their education. Their greatest challenge then is convincing partners and school to look beyond lineage to the skills and focus of their organization.

Strategy

Building credibility online begins with design that is professional, organized and clear in direction.  For Arete, the direction was clarified and cultivated through our mood board process.  Click the images below to enlarge.

With a solid design to carry their vision, we turned to the tools to convey their message.  An interactive Member School listing showed the impressive depth of this young organization while at the same time providing a tool for parents to find schools nearby.  Another rich feature is their custom School Spotlight pages, allowing a high quality presentation and a great way for Arete to show off their member schools.

Results

Arete went from a barebones WordPress template to a fully custom and creative web presence that demonstrates their passion and character while convincing skeptical visitors with professional interactive messaging.  The Arete team is equipped with a solid slate of tools ranging from custom forms, data grids, blogs, events, galleries and more.  Compared to other SSOs, Arete may be the fresh face but they look more like an experienced veteran.
